Bingo Loft, which used to be called Big Brother Bingo, is a bingo site on the Joy of Bingo network. It was loosely themed round the famous (or infamous?) TV show and presumably the rights to use the name came to an end. Very little changed with the redesign apart from the name of the site and the bingo rooms, and as time goes on this site looks more and more like a poor relation of sites elsewhere on the network such as 888 Ladies and Wink Bingo.
As far as appearances goes, it’s all a bit of hot mess. Navigating between the pages causes many of the visual elements to shift, which goes against one of the most basic principles of web design, namely visual consistency. The site also seems to switch between a narrow and full-screen layout. Oh my.
In terms of game collection, it seems that 75-ball, 90-ball and 5-line bingo is available as well as a few progressive jackpot games. Details on how to play each variant has been included although the information seems cursory at best. According to other online sources, a reasonable collection of slots accompany the bingo games. But this isn’t immediately apparent if you’re an unregistered visitor.
In fairness to Bingo Loft, there’s a decent customer help section comprising two telephone numbers, an email address and online form. And according to the support page, there’s a dedicated team on hand to answer queries from 10am to 2am. So that’s nice.
You see, they ‘like to put players first’. With this in mind, we’d posit that actually offering them a properly-designed website would be a pretty good start. If you’re looking to play the latest online bingo games then, we’d suggest you take a look at other sites (perhaps all of them) before signing up with this particular operator.
