Unfortunately we can't bring you an offer for bgo Bingo at the moment. We're working to fix this, but in the meantime please visit our UK Bingo Sites page for a full list of other great offers
bgo’s UK operating licence was suspended in October 2021 and was subsequently surrended, so they won’t be coming back. If you had an account there, you’ll be able to withdraw funds but nothing else.
How it was:
Bgo is a Playtech bingo site which is a top choice for slots players as well as for bingo players, featuring regular slot tournaments as well as a huge range of slot games from different providers.
After experimenting with several radical bingo welcome offers, BGO returned to a conventional bingo bonus offer complete with wagering requirement – but from May 2020 this has been spiced up with the addition of a bonus game, Super Scratch, offering the opportunity to win up to 250 slot spins.
BGO Bingo was originally powered by its own unique software, but back in 2015 the site migrated to the Virtue Fusion / Playtech bingo platform enabling them to offer much bigger prizes thanks to shared liquidity with the Virtue Fusion network. In summer 2017 a further site upgrade brought the new Playtech HTML5 bingo lobby and introduced seamless play across all devices.
BGO exclusive bingo rooms include Fairy Delight and Golden Galaxy, with card prices set at 2p – 5p and exclusive promotions every month, and there’s also a daily free bingo game with £100 cash to be won (open to anyone who has played £10 or more in the preceding 24 hours). Further daily free bingo games are available to players on higher levels of the VIP scheme.
The selection of slots at bgo is beyond impressive – where else are you going to find the IGT Megajackpots series, Net Ent’s Mega Fortune and Playtech jackpot slots including Gladiator and Age of the Gods all under one roof? (And that’s just the progressive jackpots!) There are literally hundreds of other slot games to choose from.
One of the most fun things about bgo was the site’s long standing association with Verne Troyer aka the Boss which was only ended by his untimely death in April 2018. The Boss was (in our opinion anyway) a glowing example of how a bingo site celebrity endorsement ought to be done – he was all over the site, sporting a variety of amusing facial expressions and outfits and putting his unique stamp on everything, and he will be sorely missed.
Another unique feature of bgo (introduced in Spring 2018) is the slot tournaments. These have entry requirements usually involving having made a recent deposit, but are otherwise free to enter. The player is given a certain number of Tournament Spins (not real money) to win as much as they can in the time limit (again, the winnings are not real money but are for scoring purposes only). The highest scoring players win prizes of cash or free spins.
ohhh well, sounds good so will give it a try…Shirley.
